In the event a <br />production data center has an outage we failover to an alternate data center in <br />the same geographic region to minimize impact to customers. <br />Our Cloud Operations teams are also geographically dispersed, working in <br />offices in the US, Europe, South America, and India. Should an office be <br />impacted by an environmental event or pandemic, other offices can continue <br />operations. <br />Aspects of the plan are described in the SOC reports, Disaster Recovery Plan <br />("DRP") and Business Continuity Plan ("BCP") solutions are dependent on <br />several factors. The customer may be responsible for parts of the <br />recovery/continuityrecovery/continuity activities. <br />VMware <br />VMware vCloud Air leverages proven VMware High Availability technology to minimize the risk of <br />extended downtime. In the unlikely event that an extended outage does occur, VMware will <br />support guide the customer's efforts to restore services to an alternative vCloud Air or vCGS <br />datacenter. We will also provide remedies in the form of service credits as outlined in the following <br />VMware vCloud Air, vCGS, Vmware AirWatch and VMware Identity Manager SLAs. <br />FireEye <br />FireEye has a mature and documented Business Continuity Plan and Disaster Recovery Plan that <br />follows industry best practices that is reviewed and tested annually. The BCP/DRP plan has <br />RPO/RTO timing criteria and other critical business requirements that is available for review if <br />requested in the future. <br />VirtueStream <br />In the event of extended downtime affecting production systems, Virtustream and customer would <br />jointly evaluate the situation and mutually decide on failover declaration, whereby Virtustream <br />would then execute the failover plan to restore customer operations to the secondary data center. <br />Suffers an unrecoverable loss of data. <br />CA <br />APM <br />Customer data is isolated within dedicated schemas with nightly backups. The <br />maximum data loss would be the previous 24hrs. <br />MAA <br />MAA data is backed up fully daily. The maximum data loss would be the previous <br />24hrs. <br />CA Agile <br />We have implemented a physical standby database in both hot/Live site as well as <br />warm/standby sites using Oracle Data Guard with real-time apply to achieve the <br />stated recovery objectives. <br />ASM <br />Customer data is isolated within dedicated schemas with nightly backups. The <br />maximum data loss would be the previous 24hrs. <br />Google <br />Google performs real time data replication to avoid unrecoverable data loss. Customers that <br />configure the retention policies in Google Apps Vault can ensure that end users can not <br />inadvertently or maliciously delete email in advance of any defined retention schedules. <br />AODocs <br />AODocs data are stored in Google AppEngine and Google Drive: <br />- The data stored in Google AppEngine are backed up every day. <br />The application is hosted on Google Cloud Platform infrastructure and benefits from the network <br />security described in this whitepaper: https:Hcloud.google.com/files/Google-CommonSecurity- <br />WhitePaper-vl.4.pdf <br />- Data stored in Google Drive is managed by Google within its multiple servers location.
