SOLICITATION # CH16012 <br />• Facility Power or Environmental Outage — Long Term <br />• Serious Facility Damage — Short Term <br />• Serious Facility Damage — Long Term or Permanent <br />Both the RIC2 and ATL1 QTS cloud Infrastructure is an Active/Active system and can operate <br />independently of each other indefinitely. <br />If QTS cloud determines that any single event (network, power, facility damage) presents a long- <br />term threat, QTS immediately conducts an emergency meeting and plan to remedy or relocate <br />infrastructure to a viable facility." <br />SAP <br />Ariba <br />Ariba has implemented two sites within each region. In North America the <br />sites are currently located in San Jose, California and Sterling, VA. In Europe <br />the sites are located in St. Leon -Rot, Germany and Amsterdam, Netherlands. <br />The act of failing over from one site to another has a design goal for its <br />Recovery Time Objective (RTO) of no more than four hours. The design goal <br />for the Recovery Point Objective RPO is five minutes. <br />Fieldglass <br />Fieldglass offers the following: <br />• RTO = No more than 48 hours <br />• RPO = No more than 6 hours. <br />Warm site replica with 100% processing power of original site. Disaster <br />recovery site can run without need from resumption. <br />Hanna <br />See our RTO and RPO info below <br />Hybris <br />For a cloud solution, data backup and restore is handled by SAP.SAP shall <br />follow its archiving procedures for Customer Data as set out in the SAP Hybris <br />Commerce, cloud edition Services Description. In the event of any loss or <br />damage to Customer Data, SAP shall use commercially reasonable efforts to <br />restore the lost or damaged Customer Data from the latest back- up of such <br />Customer Data maintained by SAP in accordance with the archiving <br />procedure described in its SAP Hybris Commerce, cloud edition Services <br />Description. SAP shall not be responsible for any loss, destruction, alteration <br />or disclosure of Customer Data caused by any third party, (except those third <br />parties sub- contracted by SAP to perform services related to Customer Data <br />maintenance and back-up). <br />Both IDS and IPS are included the SAP Hybris Commerce, Cloud Edition <br />The security infrastructure includes firewall security and hardened security <br />policies on all servers. Log management procedures are in -place for log <br />review for firewall, applications, network devices, including file -integrity <br />management. SAP Hybris utilizes technologies from leading security firms for <br />Log Management and File Integrity Management. SAP Hybris employs two - <br />factor authentication across its network. SAP Hybris undergoes vulnerability <br />and penetration testing. SAP Hybris validates against requirements for PCI <br />DSS 2.0. <br />The infrastructure also includes Web Application Firewalls and DDoS <br />Mitigation Services. <br />In addition, security policies and change management policies are in -place <br />ensuring that all access and changes to customer systems and information is <br />accessible only by SAP Hybris staff with access authorization. <br />Security of the software application which is controlled by the Customer (or its <br />implementation partner) remains the responsibility of the Customer. <br />Upon expiration or termination of the Agreement, SAP may destroy or <br />otherwise dispose of any of Customer Data in its possession unless SAP (i) is <br />requested by Customer to extend the term of the Order Form as permitted in <br />carahsoft 108 carahsoft <br />
