SOLICITATION # CH16012 <br />Tier I Block Storage - Local Only (IC-STO-T1A-LOC) <br />Block storage with a Latency Service Level of 10ms that is maintained in a single data center with <br />no replication capability. <br />Billing. Monthly fee, based per GB of storage allocated. Allocated storage is measured every 30 <br />minutes, averaged across the month. <br />Tier 0 Block Storage - Replicated (IC-STO-TOA-REP) <br />Data storage with a Latency Service Level of 3ms that is persisted in Customer's primary <br />Virtustream data center, and replicated to a second data center with an interval to provide a <br />Recovery Point Objective (RPO) of 15 minutes. <br />Service Level. Recovery Time Objective (RTO) of one (1) hour, and a Recovery Point Objective <br />(RPO) of fifteen (15) minutes. <br />Billing.
