Therefore, the review of application audit logs as well as retention <br />periods for the application audit logs are the customer's responsibility, and can <br />be determined as per requirements <br />VMware <br />VMware IaaS Services <br />The vCloud Hybrid Service infrastructure, including the top layer management stack, the customer <br />management stack and the computing/storage/network hardware are monitored for availability, <br />capacity and performance. Customers are responsible for monitoring their own VMs (OS, apps). <br />Customers can use on premise monitoring tools to manage and monitor their applications and <br />OSes over VPN and direct connect. <br />VMWare AirWatch <br />The AirWatch Cloud Operations team monitors the SaaS environment. AirWatch follows the Fault, <br />Configuration, Accounting, Performance, and Security (FCAPS) model to monitor the SaaS <br />environment. <br />-We have configured the system to notify support personnel of any issues with key performance <br />items <br />-Because the solution is built on industry -standard ASP.NET architecture, it integrates into existing <br />management and monitoring tools. Administrators can configure log data storage to destinations <br />such as Windows Event Viewer, SNMP traps, syslog, SMTP email alerts, etc. The solution also <br />integrates directly with Microsoft SCCM. <br />The communication layer includes a complete infrastructure for API integration to third parties as <br />well as a rich set of existing APIs, web services, single sign on and authentication protocols. <br />Integrate with security information and event management (SIEM) solutions for enhanced logging <br />of events occurring in the console. Administrators can view events, filter by event type, category <br />and module, and export events. Event logging settings can be configured based on severity levels, <br />with the ability to send specific levels to externals stem via syslog integration. <br />FireE e <br />This is not applicable as each of FireE e's offerings are classified as SaaS. <br />8.18 Trial and Testing Periods (Pre- and Post- Purchase) <br />8.18.1 Describe your testing and training periods that your offer for your service offerings. <br />Training and testing periods will vary based on the Service provider as well as the complexity of the request <br />that is made by the Purchasing Entity. Some of the services can be functional within a few days and some <br />will take a few months for full implementation. <br />8.18.2 Describe how you intend to provide a test and/or proof of concept environment for evaluation that <br />verifies your ability to meet mandatory requirements. <br />Upon Request, Carahsoft will provide access to any of the Cloud Technologies proposed. The precise <br />Access to the technology may be in a limited or "DEMO" fashion. Access will be to an extent that the State <br />may complete any necessary tests or verifications that may be required. Instructions on precisely how <br />each technology will be accessed will be provided upon request. All of the proposed technologies are <br />currently live/ active and support many customers. A specific instance of the requested technology would <br />be stood up within the cloud framework to support this request.
