Security and Hosting Overview June 2015 <br />1.4.3 Man Traps <br />The system includes the following key features: <br />• Anti-passback <br />• Integrated metal & explosive detection <br />• Video monitored / recorded <br />• Two-way intercom audio to Security Control Room <br />• Level V ballistic protection <br />• Weight sensors limit entry to one person at a time (no tailgating) <br />• ADA compliant <br />• Intrusion / tampering alarm monitoring by Security Control Room <br />• Integrated card access & biometric access control systems limits access <br />to persons verified by hand geometry <br />• All systems are supported by redundant power management system <br />(generators). <br />1.4.4 Key Control <br />Facilities security staff is the custodian of all security and cage keys. These keys are <br />maintained and tracked through a comprehensive issue, retrieval, audit, and storage <br />process. The listing of all customers, customer employees and cage assignments is <br />updated in real-time maintained to ensure that cage access is restricted to authorized <br />personnel. <br />1.4.5 Alarm System <br />The ACS is used to monitor and log security alarms. The ACS monitors all: <br />• Perimeter doors <br />• Restricted Area doors <br />• Shipping / receiving doors <br />1.4.6 Closed Circuit Television System <br />Facilities employ an extensive closed circuit television system to monitor the exterior and <br />interior of the internet data center. Exterior cameras provide views of critical support <br />equipment and perimeter doors. Interior cameras are positioned to monitor all internet <br />data center aisle ways, requests for entry and entry into the internet data center, shipping <br />/ receiving areas, high -security vaults and the internet data center lobby. All cameras are <br />recorded on digital video recorders 24 x 7. <br />1.4.7 Background Checks <br />SAP Fieldglass requires background checks be performed at the time of hiring on all <br />personnel. These background checks are performed by a nationally recognized third party <br />company. SAP Fieldglass initiates the background check request for all potential <br />employees and independent consultants.
