(1) For the purposes of SECTION I — <br />PROPERTY, A. Coverage, 5. <br />Additional Coverages, p. Employee <br />Theft including ERISA Compliance <br />and k. Forgery or Alteration, <br />deposits in your account at any <br />"financial institution"; and <br />(2) For the purposes of SECTION I — <br />PROPERTY, A. Coverage, 5. Additional <br />Coverage hh. Computer and Funds <br />Transfer Fraud, deposits in your account <br />at a "financial institution" as defined in <br />SECTION I —PROPERTY, G. Property <br />Definitions, paragraph 19.b.. <br />36. "One equipment breakdown" means: If an <br />initial "accident" or "electronic circuitry <br />impairment" causes other "accidents" or <br />"electronic circuitry impairments," all will be <br />considered "one equipment breakdown." All <br />"accidents" or "electronic circuitry <br />impairments" that are the result of the same <br />"accident" or "electronic circuitry impairment" <br />will be considered "one equipment <br />breakdown." <br />37. "Operations" means your business activities <br />occurring at the described premises. <br />38. "Other property" means tangible property other <br />than "money" and "securities" that has intrinsic <br />value. "Other property" does not include <br />computer programs, "electronic data" or any <br />property specifically excluded under this <br />Coverage Form. <br />39. "Payment processing device" means any <br />electronic device used to process credit, debit <br />or charge card transactions, including but not <br />limited to, digital pen pad devices, PIN pad <br />devices, Automatic Teller Machines (ATMs), <br />credit card processing machines. <br />40. "Payroll expense": <br />a. Means payroll expenses for all your <br />"employees" except: <br />(1) Officers; <br />(2) Executive; <br />(3) Department Managers; <br />(4) "Employees" under contract; and <br />(5) Additional Exemptions shown in the <br />Declarations as: <br />(a) Job classifications; or <br />(b) "Employees". <br />b. Includes: <br />(1) Payroll; <br />(2) Employee Benefits, if directly related <br />to payroll; <br />(3) FICA payments you pay; <br />(4) Union dues you pay; and <br />(5) Workers' Compensation premiums. <br />41. "Period of Restoration' <br />a. Means the period of time that: <br />(1) Begins: <br />(a) After the number of hours shown <br />as the Business Income Waiting <br />Period in the Declarations after <br />the time of direct physical loss or <br />damage for Business Income <br />Coverage; or <br />(b) Immediately after the time of <br />direct physical loss or damage for <br />Extra Expense Coverage; <br />caused by or resulting from any <br />Covered Cause of Loss at the <br />described premises; and <br />(2) Ends on the earlier of: <br />(a) The date when the property at the <br />described premises should be <br />repaired, rebuilt or replaced (to a <br />condition permitting occupancy) <br />with reasonable speed and similar <br />quality; or <br />(b) The date when business is <br />resumed at a new permanent <br />location: or <br />(c) Exhaustion of the number of <br />consecutive months as shown on <br />the Policy Declarations Page. <br />b. Does not include any increased period <br />required due to the enforcement of any <br />ordinance or law that: <br />(1) Regulates the construction, use or <br />repair, or requires the tearing down of <br />any property; or <br />(2) Requires any insured or others to test <br />for, monitor, clean up, remove, <br />contain, treat, detoxify or neutralize, or <br />in any way respond to or assess the <br />effects of "pollutants". <br />The expiration date of this policy will not <br />cut short the "period of restoration". <br />42. "Perishable goods" means personal property; <br />a. Maintained under controlled temperature <br />or humidity conditions for preservation; <br />and <br />b.
