CITY OF SANTA ANA <br /> SPECIFICATIONS <br /> PROJECT NO.: 25-6030 <br /> TRAFFIC SIGNAL INSTALLATION AT SEGERSTROM AVENUE AND ROSEWOOD <br /> AVENUE <br /> 4.09 ADVANCED TRAFFIC CONTROLLER CABINET(ATCC) <br /> If called for in the plans,the cabinet shall meet the following: <br /> 1. The ATCC shall meet the ATC 5301 V02.02 Advanced Transportation Controller <br /> Cabinet Standard 2019. ATCC shall be the High Voltage version meeting <br /> traditional 120 VAC service voltage to control 120 VAC low power signal heads. <br /> 2. The cabinet housing shall be a ATCC 352 enclosure with a dimension of 66 in. High <br /> x 24 in. Wide x 30 in. Deep. The color shall be an Aluminum finish, Federal <br /> Standard 595C,# 17178. The cabinet lock shall be industry standard#2 locks. <br /> 3. In addition, cabinet and service cabinet meter shall be vinyl wrapped prior to <br /> installing in the public right-of-way as follows: <br /> a. Vinyl graphics theme and layout shall be reviewed and approved by Engineer <br /> prior to printing and installing vinyl on cabinet and service cabinet meter. <br /> b. Vinyl wrap graphics shall be printed on 3-M vinyl with Clean Slate Group graffiti <br /> resistant laminate, manufactured by Econolite or approved equivalent. <br /> c. Vinyl wrap shall be installed onto cabinet and service cabinet meter in strict <br /> adherence to manufacturer recommendations and shall be free of air bubbles, <br /> wrinkles, and/or lifted sections, edges, or corners. <br /> 1. The Cabinet Assembly shall consist of but not limited to the following: <br /> a. Mounting Cage <br /> b. Cabinet Ventilation <br /> c. Cabinet lighting <br /> d. Document Drawer <br /> e. Power Distribution Assembly <br /> f. Input Assembly(48 Channels)Vehicle Detection <br /> g. Field Input Termination Assembly(48 Channels) <br /> h. Output Assembly(16 Channels) <br /> i. Field Output Termination Assembly(16 Channels) <br /> j. Service Assembly <br /> k. Police Door Switch Panel <br /> 1. All other associated wiring,hardware and foundation bolts. <br /> 2. Sub-Assembly Details <br /> a. ATCC Power Assembly <br /> i. SB1/SB2 and DC/Clean Power Bus shall include DB25 D-submodular <br /> socket connectors to interconnect the SB1/SB2 communication ports <br /> of the assemblies and Controller. It shall include a termination circuit <br /> 57 <br />
