<br /> DEFINITION OF BID ITEMS
<br /> PROJECT NO.: 25-6030
<br /> TRAFFIC SIGNAL INSTALLATION AT SEGERSTROM AVENUE AND ROSEWOOD
<br /> AVENUE
<br /> Payment for the Installation of No. 6 Pull Box, shall be at contract unit price bid per Each Item
<br /> listed in the Bid Proposal and shall be considered full compensation of furnishing all labor,
<br /> materials, tools, equipment, removals, paving, landscape, repair, sidewalk restoration, and
<br /> appurtenances for all related items of work necessary for the installation and no additional
<br /> compensation will be allowed therefore.
<br /> Bid Item No. 7- Install No. GE Pull Box
<br /> This work consists of installing and/or replacing pull boxes including bolt down Fiberlyte Lid per
<br /> City Std. Plan 1501 with bolts, the removal and/or modification of any interfering portions of
<br /> existing pull boxes, conduit, PCC, concrete, and asphalt restoration, as indicated on plans.
<br /> Payment for the Installation of No. 6E Pullbox, shall be at contract unit price bid per Each Item
<br /> listed in the Bid Proposal and shall be considered full compensation of furnishing all labor,
<br /> materials, tools equipment, removals, paving, landscape repair, sidewalk restoration, and
<br /> appurtenances for all related items of work necessary for the installation, and no additional
<br /> compensation will be allowed therefore.
<br /> Bid Item No. 8 - IP Communication System
<br /> This work consists of installing IP Communication System, Ethernet switch, power distribution
<br /> unit,Fiber Distribution Unit,splice trays,pigtails,connectors,jumper cables,labeling and network
<br /> configuration as indicated on plans and listed in the special provisions.
<br /> Payment for the installation of IP Communication System shall be at contract unit price bid per
<br /> Lump Sum listed in the Bid Proposal and shall be considered full compensation for furnishing all
<br /> materials,labor,equipment,tools,and incidentals and no additional compensation will be allowed
<br /> therefore.
<br /> Bid Item No. 9- Install 12 Strand SMFO
<br /> This work consists of installing Corning Cable Systems Single Mode Fiber Optic Cable including
<br /> trace wire, labeling,reel testing, OTDR testing and appurtenances complete and in place, of the fiber
<br /> strands indicated on the plans.
<br /> Payment for the installation of 12 Strand SMFO Cable, shall be at contract unit price bid per
<br /> Linear Foot listed in the Bid Proposal and shall be considered full compensation for furnishing all
<br /> materials, labor, equipment,tools, and incidentals and no additional compensation will be allowed
<br /> therefore.
<br /> Bid Item No. 10 - Fusion Splice Strand SMFO Cable
<br /> This work consists of Fusion Splice 1 Strand Single Mode Fiber Optic Cable including pigtails,
<br /> connectors, labeling, and OTDR testing as indicated on plans.
<br /> Payment for the installation of Fusion Splice Strand SMFO Cable, shall be at contract unit price
<br /> bid per Each Item listed in the Bid Proposal and shall be consider full compensation for furnishing
