F. CIVIL ENGINEERING PLANS. The consultant shall be responsible for the preparation of <br />any civil engineering plans required for this project including, but not limited to, the <br />following; Horizontal and Vertical Control plan, On -site Grading and Drainage plan, Site <br />Utility Plan, and plans to include improvements in the public right-of-way, as applicable. <br />G. LANDSCAPE AND IRRIGATION PLANS. The consultant shall be responsible for <br />the preparation of any landscape architectural plans required for this project including, <br />but not limited to, the following; Site Layout/Construction Plans and Details including <br />all architectural feature components identified in the introduction portion of this RFP, <br />Site Sections (as applicable), and Planting and Irrigation (plans, Details, Notes, <br />Calculations). <br />H. ARCHITECTURAL PLANS. The consultant shall be responsible for the preparation of any <br />architectural plans required for this project including, but not limited to, Foundation <br />Plan, Floor Plan, Framing Plan, Reflected Ceiling Plan, Door/Window/Hardware/Finish <br />Schedules, Building Sections, Interior and Exterior Elevations, Architectural Detailing, <br />Structural Engineering, ADA Compliance. <br />I. MECHANICAL/ELECTRICAL/PLUMBING (MEP) PLANS. The consultant shall be <br />responsible for the preparation of any MEP electrical plans required for this project <br />including HVAC system, electrical site & floor plans, location of panels, switchgear, <br />meters, schedules, details, photometric analyses, and general notes. <br />J. PERMITTING. The consultant shall be responsible for identifying and applying for any <br />necessary permits. All permit requirements shall be included in the bid package for the <br />project, as applicable. <br />K. PLANS, SPECIFICATIONS AND ESTIMATES (PS&E) <br />o Development of Plans, Specifications and Estimate (PS&E): <br />a) All reports, plans, specifications and quantity calculations shall conform to criteria, policies, procedures <br />and standards of the City. The Consultant shall use the boilerplate for cut sheets, specifications and <br />estimates provided by the City. <br />b) The plan development shall include three (3) milestone deliverables30%, 60%, 90% (pre -final) and <br />100% (final). All plan sheets shall be prepared at a reasonable standard scale to be noted on plans. The <br />necessary plans for each PS&E package shall include, but are not be limited to: <br />Task 1: Pre -Design <br />Preliminary design phase shall include Kick-off meeting with City Staff to discuss scope of work, <br />project goals and objectives, potential elements and issues, schedule. <br />Task 2: Design Development (60% plans) <br />Design development phase will involve development of plans based upon Task 1 information and <br />analysis. <br />City of Santa Ana RFP 24-100A <br />Page Al-4 <br />
