EDUCATION <br />MS, Natural Resource Management <br />Graduate Certificate, Geographic Information Systems <br />BS, Forest Resources and Conservation <br />REGISTRATION/CERTIFICATIONS <br />Certified GIS Professional <br />Bill Millinor LISP <br />Project Manager/Primary Point of Contact <br />Bill has nearly 20 years of experience, primarily supporting local government, county, city, and utility clients in the implementation <br />of the Cityworks AMS and PLL solution. His experience working with different practice lines gives him insight into various areas of an <br />organization, enabling him to help clients to break down organizational silos during the implementation process. Clients appreciate <br />Bill's strong communication skills and firm approach when it comes to following good business practices to complete projects, <br />making him an asset for any project team. <br />Bill is intimately familiar with the City of Santa Ana. He served as the Project Manager for the Cityworks support services contract, <br />making sure resources, timelines, and the team's daily work aligned with the City's goals. He was also the Project Manager for Santa <br />Ana's Cityworks implementation for the Parks and Recreation Maintenance Department. Bill's guidance of the Woolpert team during <br />these implementation and support efforts included providing a more personalized approach to the City's Cityworks environment. He <br />will use his experiences and understanding of the City and its departments to manage the ongoing support services required under <br />this contract. <br />Bill brings a wealth of experience of Cityworks management and support, including being the project manager for all three of the <br />Woolpert references listed in this proposal. <br />Project Experience <br />Cityworks Implementation <br />Bill served as the Project Manager for the <br />City of Savannah (GA) in their efforts to <br />both upgrade their on -premise Cityworks <br />environment, and then to move their <br />entire Cityworks instance to the Cityworks <br />Online (CWOL) cloud hosted platform. His <br />management enabled the City to <br />streamline their operations and enhance <br />the quality of their services. <br />Cityworks Implementation <br />In support of the City of Westerville (OH), <br />Bill serves as the Project Manager for a <br />three-phase project to implement <br />Cityworks. He coordinates resources, <br />timelines, and work to lead the planning, <br />design, implementation, and live <br />production of the system. Bill makes sure <br />that all work is done within the City's <br />schedule and budget expectations. <br />Transportation Cityworks <br />Bill serves as Project Manager for the <br />implementation of the Cityworks solution <br />for the DeKalb County (GA) <br />Transportation Division. He is responsible <br />for the team's daily work, helping the <br />Division better track permits and develop <br />a strong record keeping system. Bill <br />oversees the project schedule, budget, <br />and resource planning. <br />As the Project Manager for this contract, Bill will be the primary point of contact and responsible for the overall success of your <br />project. <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA I TRIMBLE CITYWORKS CONSULTANT SERVICES <br />
