<br />On motion of Councilman Dahl, seconded by Larsen and carried,
<br />Preliminary Map submitted by Thomas Shoen covering three tarcels of
<br />property situated immediately north of Pine Street at Hesperian Street,
<br />
<br />was approved.

<br />On motion of Councilman Jerome, seconded by Dahl and carried, Map of
<br /> velopment Company
<br />Tract No. 2070 submitted by Orange County De-.~ and bond in the sum of

<br />$38,000.00, were approved for the dedication of Douglas Street,
<br />
<br />Joane Way, Doreen Way, Rene Drive, Rita Way and Jan Way, and agree-
<br />
<br />ment covering improvements was ordered signed.

<br />Councilman McBride arrived at 7:.55 P.M.
<br />On motion of Councilman Jerome, seconded by Dahl and carried, Map of
<br />Tract No. 2322 submitted by Baker Development Company and bond in the
<br />
<br />sum of $25,000.00, were approved for the dedication of Linwood
<br />
<br />Avenue, 14th Street and 15th Street, and agreement covering improve-
<br />
<br />ments was ordered signed.

<br />Petition signed by Librascope, Incorporated, recommendation of the
<br />Planning Commission and. report of the Boundary Commission were
<br />presented on the proposed annexation of a 4.94-acre parcel of property
<br />situated on the south side of Dyer Road between Main Street and Harbor
<br />
<br />Road. On motion of Councilman Dahl, seconded by Jerome and carried,
<br />
<br />said documents were received and filed.

<br />The Council having unanimously waived the reading of the Resolution,
<br />on motion of Councilman Dahl, seconded by Larsen and carried, the fol-
<br />
<br />lowing Resolution entitled:
<br />
<br />"Resolution No. 5~-6 giving notice of proposed
<br />annexation to City of Santa Aha of that certain
<br />uninhabited territory described herein and
<br />designated 'Librascope Annex', and giving notice
<br />of the time and place for hearing of protests
<br />thereto"
<br />
<br />was considered and passed by the following vote:
