Stober, h33 West ~th <br /> <br />In Re <br />Communication <br />Delh~ Drainages <br />~District <br /> <br />Street, was received and filed. <br /> <br />On motion of Councilman Jerome, seconded by Dahl and carried, the <br />communication from Attorney A. W. Rutan, on behalf of Delhi Drainage <br />District, serving notice upon the City that the Board of Directors of <br />the District will not be l'iable for any damages to the streets o~ <br /> <br />owners of land adjoining the same, caused by the overflowing of the <br /> <br />West Ditch and will hold the City liable, was received and filed. <br /> <br />It was moved by Councilman Dahl, seconded by Jerome and carried, that <br /> <br />a communication be again addressed to the Orange County Flood Control <br /> <br />District and the Board of Supervisors and a personal appearance be <br /> <br />made before said Board reque~tlng immediate action to have said Orange'~ <br />County Flood Control District take o~er the West Ditch of the Delhi <br /> <br />Drainage District. On motion of Councilman Dahl, seconded by McBride <br /> <br />and carried, the Attorney was instructed to be prepared if the Board <br /> <br />of Supervisors refuse or fail to authorize acceptance of said West <br /> <br />Ditch, to investigate the legal possibility of enforcing a move in <br /> <br />In Re <br />Agreement <br />James M.
