The Council having unanimously waived the reading of the Resolution, on motion of Councilman Jerome, seconded by Larsen and carried, the following Resolution entitled: "Resolution No. 55-33 giving notice of proposed anne×ation to City of San~a An. of that certain uninhabited territory described herein snd designated 'Fifth at King Annex', and giving notice of time and place for he;rlng of protests thereto" was considered and passed by the following vote: Ayes, Councilmen William Jar. oma, J.L.McBride, Thomas F.Larsen, Milford W. Dahl, Courtney R.
