Hoffm~ster, requesting that <br />the rules for the riding of bicycles be enforced, w~s received, filed <br /> <br />and referred to the Manager. <br /> <br />Communication was read from the Chairman, Personnel Board recommendin~i <br />that the Section ~s set forth in the Civil Service Rules and Regu- <br />tstions and the Section of the Charter on residence, be enforced or <br /> <br />abolished.
