<br />motion of Councilman Jerome, seconded by Dahl and carried, the fol-
<br />lowing Ordinance entitled:

<br /> "OrdinanCe amending Article IX of the Santa Aha
<br /> Municipal Code creating changes in district
<br /> boundaries and amending Sheet No. ~6 of the
<br /> districting map to show the reclassification"
<br />
<br />of property at the northwest corner of the intersection of Edinger
<br />and Bristol Streets, from the R-1 District to the C-1 District, in
<br />accordance with amendment application of F. Joe Hershiser, was con-
<br />sidered, designated Ordinance No. NS-100 and passed by the following

<br />It was moved by Councilman Jerome, seconded by Helnly and carried,
<br />that escrow instructions be approved and signed with Everett Rodney
<br />Engel and Rodger Roy Engel, without cash consideration, for a 15' sewer
<br />easement north of Roe Drive.

<br />It was moved by Councilman Jerome, seconded by Heinly and carried,
<br />that escrow instructions be approved and signed with Rodger R. Entel
<br />and Everett R. Engel, without cash consideration, for a 15~ 'sewsr
<br />easement north of RO~ Drive.

<br />It was moved by Councilman Jerome, seconded by Dahl and carried, that
<br />escrow instructions be approved and signed with Emma I. Isenberg, in
<br />the sum of $187.50, for property on East First Street.

<br />that escrow instructions be approved and signed with Eddie and
<br />Theressia Baum, in the sum of $~12.50, for property on East First
<br />Street.

<br />escrow instructions be approved and signed with Santora Company, with-
<br />out cash consideration, for the widening of South Main Street.

<br />It was moved by Councilman Jerome, seconded by Markel and carried,
<br />that escrow .instructions be approved and signed with Lena Zirinsky, by
<br />Louis Weinberg, Attorney-in-Fact, without cash consideration, for
<br />property on South Main Street.

<br />the widening of South Main Street.

<br />Ernest Giese appeared before the Council requesting that he not be re-
<br />quired to pay for off-site storm d~rain in his tract on McFadden Street.
<br />On motion o~ Councilman Heinly, seconded by Jerome and carried, the
<br />Attorney was instructed to prepare an 0rSinance on a definite charge
<br />per lot basis for storm drain cost, ~t was moved by Councilman
