<br />as approving the installation of a dry storm drain, of aproroxlmately
<br />
<br />300 feet, on the McFadden Street storm drain project, so far as Ernest
<br />
<br />Giese is concerned, subject to pro-rata cost on furthvr development of
<br />
<br />his tract, this being made a condition of the final approval of the
<br />map when submitted.

<br />Petition signed by L.H. and Margaret Murman et al, recommendation
<br />
<br />the Planning Commission and report of the Boundary Commission were
<br />
<br />presented on the proposed annexation of appro×imately 16.57 acres
<br />north of Hobart Street between the Pacific Electric Railway and
<br />
<br />Standard Avenue. On motion of Councilman Dahl, seconded by Jerome
<br />
<br />and carried, said documents were received and filed.

<br />The Council having unanimously waived ~he reading of the Resolution,
<br />
<br />motion of Councilman Jerome, seconded by Dahl and carried, the follow-
<br />
<br />lng-Resolution entitled:
<br />
<br />"Resolution No. 55-139 giving notice of proposed
<br />annexation to City of Santa Aha of that certain
<br />uninhabited territory described herein ~nd desig-
<br />nated ~Hobart Street Annex', and giving notice
<br />of time and place for hearing of protests thereto"
