<br />bid of Blower Paper Company was accepted and the other bids rejected.
<br />The Manager reported -that no bids were received for the construction

<br />of one restroom building at Alona Street Pa~k and recommended re-

<br />advertising. On motion of Co~:ncilman Heinly, seconded by Marks] and

<br />carried, the Purchasing Agent was authorized to readvertise and bids
<br />
