<br />Young Homes, Inc., was approved for the dedication of St. Andrew Place
<br />Bamdal Street, Golden West Avenue, Greenville Street and Castor Street
<br />subject to the filing of bond in the am~unt of $53,600.00 and approval
<br />by the Attorney and agreement covering improvements was ordered signed
<br />The Council having unanimously waiyed the reading of the Resolution,
<br />on. motion of Councilman Markel, seconded by Heinly and carried, the
<br />following Resolution entitled:

<br /> "Resolution No. 55-231 authorizing execution of
<br /> Quitclaim Deed"
<br />
<br />to Catherine R. Siegel for the south 17' of the north ~2' of the west
<br />40~ of Lot 4 of ~raot No. 488, excepting the we~t 30~, was considered
<br />and passed by the following vote:

<br />Ayes, Councilmen Dale H. Hein]y, J. Ogden Markel, William Jerome,
<br /> Milford W. Dahl, Courtney R. Chandler
<br />Noes, Councilmen None

<br />The Council having unanlm~usly waived the reading of the Resolution,
<br />on motion of Councilman Heinly, seconded by Dahl and carried, the fol-
<br />lowing Resolution entitled:

<br /> "Resolution No. 55-232 authorizing execution of
<br /> Quitclaim Deed"
<br />
<br />to Income Centers, Inc., for the e~st 100~ of the southerly 65 feet of
<br />Lot A of Tract No. 488 and the southerly 35' of Lot ~ of Tract No. 488
<br />excepting the easterly 100~ and the westerly 30~, was considered and
<br />passed by the following vote:

<br /> and the south lC' of the east 15' of Lot 31 of Tract No. 2752, was
<br /> considered and passed by the following vote:

<br /> Milford W. Dahl, Courtney R. Chandler

<br /> On motion of Councilman Heinly, seconded by Markel and carried, the
<br /> communication from Income Centers, Inc., requesting approval of Tract
<br /> No. 2752 subject to certain conditions was received and filed and
<br /> officials authorized to enter into an agreement with Income Centers,
<br /> Inc., encompassing the terms and conditions as set forth in the com-
<br /> munication dated September 2nd, 1955, being Items l, 2, 3 and 5
<br /> inclusive.
