Hei~ly, J. Ogden Markel, Willia~ Jerome, <br />Milford W. Dahl, Courtney R. Chandler <br />None <br /> <br />Each member of the City Council having received copies of the Minutes <br />of September 6th, September 19th and September 26th, 1955, reading of <br />the Minutes was dispensed with and approved on motion of Councilman <br />Heinly, seconded by Dahl and carried. <br /> <br />In Re On motion of Councilman Ds_hi, seconded by Heinly and <br />Variance <br />Clara E. Vose <br /> <br />Zn Re <br />Variance <br />Samuel Klein <br /> <br /> carried, the <br />recommendation of the Planning Commission was approved and the varian, <br />of Clara E. Vose which was granted December 23, 1952, permitting <br />location and operation of a real estate office in existing glassed-in <br />front porch at 1320 Memory Lane, was renewed for a period of one and <br /> <br />one-half years~from December 23, 1952. <br />,, <br />Communication was read from the Planning Commission recommending deni~ <br /> <br />of variance application of Samuel and Nettle Klein for permission to <br /> <br />construct a duplex, with off-street parking, at 213 East Occidental <br /> <br />Street. A letter wa~ read from Mr. Klein advising that he purchased <br /> <br />the property in the belief that the variance was granted by the <br /> <br />Commission~ on September 12th. No. 55-253 <br />Granting Variance <br /> <br />seconded by Ma~kel and carried, the recommendation of the Planning <br />Commission was approved and the variance denied. <br /> <br />Communication was read from the Planning Commission recommending denis <br />of variance application of Joe Shoen to establish and operate a lawn- <br />mower-repair and saw-filing business, with 2w x 4' sign, in existing <br />garage on rear part Of property at 222 East Delhi Road. The Council <br /> <br />having unanimously waived the reading of the Resolution, on motion of <br /> <br />Councilman Heinly, seconded by Markel and carried, the following <br />Resolution entitled: <br /> <br />"Resolution No. 55-253 granting variance on <br /> application of Joe Shoen where Planning <br /> Commission recommended denial" <br /> <br />was considered and passed by the following vote: <br /> <br /> <br />
