<br /> recommendation of the Planning Commission was approved and the varianc~i

<br /> Chectnut Avenue for a church building, Orange Avenue Christian Church,
<br /> with a seating capacity of four to six hundred, and an educational
<br /> building with a seating capacity of five hundred to eight hundred, whet
<br /> all buildings are completed, with space for off-street parking for
<br /> maximum attendance, subject to certain conditions.
