<br />On motion of Councilman Hubbard~ seconded by Gould and carried, the request of the
<br />Department of Public Works was approved for payment of $1,309.36 to Commerce Park,
<br />for street improvements on Delhi Road between Fairview Street and Harbor Boulevard.
<br />On motion of Councilman Hubbard, seconded by Heinly and carried, the improvements
<br />were accepted as completed on Tract No. 3217, filed by Industrial Enterprises, Inc.,
<br />for property located on the east side of Kilson Drive, south of Dyer Road, consisting
<br />of seven lots; the property being industrial, no bond was required.
<br />
<br /> On motion of Councilman Hubbard, seconded by Gould and carried, the extension of
<br /> time from June 27, 1960 to July 30, 1960, was granted for the widening of First
<br /> Street, between Townsend Street and the Santa Ana River, Project No. llO; and

<br />Chapter, National Foundation program of research, education and patient aid in the
<br />
<br />fields of polio, arthritis, and birth defects, was received, filed and 9he Assistant
