<br /> provide that sale of Sycamore Street Fire Station to
<br /> Bernard Reeker be closed through Orange County Title
<br /> Company Escrow No. 351256-HRB"

<br />in the sum of $20,113.00, together with a sufficient amount to cover Buyer's share
<br />of escrow expenses and the U. S. Internal Revenue Stamp required to be affixed to
<br />said deed, was considered and passed by the following v~te:
