Be <br /> <br />Ail parking facilities which have a landscape buffer less than 8 feet <br />deep along a street frontage or located in any residential or parking <br />zone shall be bounded by a solid masonry wall parallel to the street. <br />This wall shall be not less than 3 feet nor more than 4 feet high (see <br />Landscaping section). <br /> <br />Areas used for loading refuse, storage and equipment shall be screened <br />with a combination of walls and landscaping. <br /> <br />In all residential developments, no wall or fence shall exceed 6 feet in height <br />and no wall or fence located in the front yard or in the required setback <br />along a side street shall exceed 4 feet in height~ <br /> <br />In any nqn-residential zone, walls and fences shall not exceed 6 feet in <br />height when located within 8 feet of any residentially zoned land or <br />within 8 feet of any public street or sidewalk. <br /> <br />The use of barbed wire on any fence or wall is prohibited, except as approved <br />by the Director of Planning & Development Services; and, if approved, must be <br />on private property away from public view. <br /> <br />- 34 - <br /> <br /> <br />
