395 <br /> <br />139. (3) <br /> <br />At the direction of the City of Santa Ana, (per written correspondence between the <br />City of Santa Aha and the project applicant of October 11, 1991 and October 30, 1991) <br />a covenant outlining a trash pick-up operation plan, shall be inclnded in the project's <br />CC&Rs and recorded against the property which will define the residential trash pick- <br />up for the condominiums as a two-staged process. The covenant shall clearly specify <br />that the residential trash pick-up for the condominiums is a two-staged process. The <br />first stage being carried out by a cart, bin, and driver system whereby each unit's trash <br />area is generally accessed by the driver; and refi~se then carted to a general collection <br />point at either the high rise residential tower area or health club trash area for <br />consolidation and pick up by the City's trash service provider. <br /> <br />The second stage is when City trash service provider collects the trash at the collection <br />points throughout the project for removal to, and disposal to a local landfill or transfer <br />station. <br /> <br />The covenant shall clearly state that under no circumstances can the first stage trash <br />pick up service be aborted. It may be carried out by others for a fee but never <br />eliminated.
