Pavement material taken from the roadways shall be crushed and <br />stored onsite for reuse on the new roadways. If Main Street is widened during the <br />same time period, materials from that effort shall also be removed, crushed, and <br />reused. The facility shall be located in the central or western third of the project site <br />along Owens Drive to avoid noise and dust impacts on the senior center across <br />Lawson Way and Town and Country Center north of the project site.
