(6) <br /> <br />Discharge of storm waters from the project site reqnires the review of the California <br />Regional Water Quality Control Board, Santa Aha Region, as well as the City of Santa <br />Aha. This includes discharge from water amenities such as decorative ponds. Water <br />amenities will be regulated by the appropriate agency. Per the NPDES, wastewater <br />shall not be discharged into the storm drain. Storm water overflows will be controlled <br />as approved by the City of Santa Aha. <br /> <br />Timing of Verification <br /> <br />Prior to grading permit issuance; <br />during construction of storm <br />drain improvements <br /> <br />Method of Verification <br /> <br />Grading plan check and field <br />inspection <br /> <br />Responsible Parties <br /> <br />Regional Water Quality Control <br />Board; Orange County Flood <br />Control District; Engineering <br />Services Manager, Development <br />Engineering Division; and Water <br />Resources Manager, Water <br />Resources Division <br /> <br />The applicant shall provide approved erosion control measures to minimize sediment <br />transport during all periods of construction, as stipulated on the grading plan.
