4O8 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 94-021 <br /> <br />- Method of Monitoring: <br /> <br />- Monitoring Agency: <br /> <br />Plan Check and Review <br /> <br />Case Planner, City <br />Planning and Building <br />Agency <br /> <br />LIGHT AND GLARE <br /> <br />33. <br /> <br />34. <br /> <br />The City shall utilize the following guidelines and standards <br />contained in the Specific Plan relating to lighting in its <br />review of future redevelopment proposals: <br /> <br />Light fixtures shall be integrated into the overall <br />building design. <br /> <br />b. Parking lot fixtures shall be 20 to 25 feet high. <br /> <br />Ce <br /> <br />Ail exterior lighting shall be adequately controlled and <br />shielded to prevent glare and undesirable illumination of <br />adjacent properties and streets, per the approval of the <br />City Engineer. <br /> <br />High intensity security lighting fixtures shall not be <br />substituted for site landscape lighting or general <br />building exterior illumination.
