Appropriate projects shall: <br /> <br />Coordinate with the County's Environmental Management Agency to ensure Orange <br />County Flood Control District facilities are not significantly affected. <br /> <br />MITIGATION MONITORING PROGRAM/MIDTOWN DISTRICT SPECIFIC PLAN/EIR NO. 94-1 10 <br /> <br /> <br />
