Comply with Rules 401 - 403 of the SCAQMD to reduce onsite dust levels. <br />b. Periodically apply water and dust superannuates to graded areas. <br />c. Cover any hauling fill. <br /> <br />d. Operate street sweepers on adjacent roadways to remove dirt from construction <br /> vehicles or dried mud carried off by tracks. <br /> <br />e. Stabilize disturbed areas if construction is delayed. <br /> <br />f. Terminate soil disturbance when high winds (greater than 25 miles per hour) occur. <br /> <br />g.
