health related problems. The construction of the project could potentially <br />result in short term increases in air quality impacts. Implementation of <br />AQMD Rule 403 as required would reduce the particulate matter in the <br />ambient air produced by construction operations. <br /> <br />The design or improvements of the proposed project will not conflict with <br />easements necessary for public access through or use of the property <br />within the proposed project. <br /> <br />The site is improved with an existing building and parking lot since the <br />early 1960's. As part of the demolition process, existing sewer and water <br />facilities would be removed or capped and inspected by the City for code <br />compliance. The project requires the realignment of existing utility <br />easements and the dedication of new utility easements for the <br />development. <br /> <br />Emergency services would have access to the development with the <br />installation of Knox boxes as well as Department of the Defense access to <br />the jet fuel line easement. <br /> <br /> 2. Mitigated Negative Declaration and Mitigation Monitoring Program for <br />Environmental Review No. 01-24 is hereby approved and adopted. <br /> <br /> 3.
