Appendix III-D Section 4 subsection 4.1 is amended as follows: <br /> <br />4.1 Road Widths. Access roadways or streets in a PUD shall comply with the <br />provisions of Santa Municipal Code Sections 14-24 and 14-25 as well as the <br />road widths as follows: <br /> <br />20 feet wide when parking is not allowed on either side of the roadway. <br /> <br />30 feet wide when parking is not allowed on only one side of the roadway, <br />and <br /> <br />40 wide when parking is not restricted. <br /> <br />Exceptions: The Chief is authorized to modify the provisions of Section <br />4.1 when all buildings in the PUD are completely protected with an <br />approved fire sprinkler system. <br /> <br />Appendix III-D Section 5 subsection 5.1 is amended as follows: <br /> <br />5.1 Dead Ends. Dead end fire department access roads shall be in accordance <br />with Santa Ana Municipal Code Section 14-25. <br /> <br />Appendix III-D Section 5 Subsection 5.2 is amended as follows: <br /> <br />5.2 Cul-de-sacs. Cul-de-sacs shall be maintained clear and unobstructed as <br />required by Santa Ana Municipal Code Section 14-25. <br /> <br />Appendix III-D Section 6 is deleted. <br /> <br /> SECTION 84: If any section, subsection, sentence, clause, phrase, or portion of <br />this ordinance is for any reason held to be invalid or unconstitutional by the decision of <br />any court of competent jurisdiction, such decision shall not affect the validity of the <br />remaining portions of this ordinance. The City Council of the City of Santa Ana hereby <br />declares that it would have adopted this ordinance and each section, subsection, <br />sentence, clause, phrase or portion thereof irrespective of the fact that any one or more <br />sections, subsections, sentences, clauses, phrases, or portions be declared invalid or <br />unconstitutional. <br /> <br /> SECTION 85: Neither the adoption of this ordinance nor the repeal hereby of any <br />ordinance shall in any manner affect the prosecution for violation or ordinances, which <br />violations were committed prior to the effective date hereof, nor be construed as affecting <br />any of the provisions of such ordinance relating to the collection of any such license or <br />penalty or the penal provision applicable to any violation thereof, nor to affect the validity <br />of any bond or cash deposit in lieu thereof, required to be posted, filed or deposited <br />pursuant to any ordinance and all rights and obligations there under appertaining shall <br />continue in full force and effect. <br /> <br />Ordinance No. NS-2522 <br />Page 46 of 47 <br /> <br /> <br />
