The ACCOGUARD agreement includes <br />Normal maintenance & emergency service labor, pads & repairs. <br /> <br />[] ACCOSERVE: ACCO will regularly & systematically <br />Examine, adjust & lubricate your system as required. The <br />ACCOSERVE contract includes labor portion of normal <br />Maintenance, emergency service and cost of labor for <br />Repairs. All parts and materials will be billed extra. <br /> <br />[] ACCOCARE: ACCO will regularly and systematically <br />Examine, adjust & lubricate your system as required. Under an <br />ACCOCARE agreement all other service calls, including labor & <br />Replacement parts, will be done on proper CITY OF SANTA ANA <br />Authorization and billed extra. <br /> <br />[] ACCOAUDIT: ACCO will, at regular intervals, <br />Supervise your employees or make an inspection of your <br />System and report findings in writing.
