FINAL MAP TRACT 6161 On motion of Councilman <br /> :'~ Burk, seconded by CounciLman <br /> Herrin and carried~ Final <br /> Map filed by Clara Vose <br />for Tract 6161 (55 lots) at Bristol and Park Lane, was approved, dedications <br />thereon accepted and execution of subdivision agreement authorized. <br /> <br />TENT. PARCEL MAP 451 It was moved by CounciLman <br />r~' Burk, seconded by Councilman <br /> Herrin and carried that <br /> Council approve Tentative <br />Parcel Map 451 filed by Fred Sacher creating three parcels on Stevens, <br />east of Main, subject to conditions in Planning Director's report dated <br />2-28-66. <br /> <br />RESEARCH PROJECT It was moved by Councilman <br />3!~ Gilmore, seconded by <br /> Councilman Herrin and <br /> carried, that Council order <br />filed the communication from Halesworth Research Library, Inc., regarding <br />research project on buildings to be torn down. <br /> <br />ZONING COMPLAINT It was moved by Councilman <br />t~ Brooks, seconded by <br /> Councilman Markel and <br /> carried, that Council <br />receive and file complaint filed by Farney Realty regarding business establish- <br />ment in a residence at 1209 N. Lyon. Council directed the City Attorney to <br />file a complaint if the business was not out of the building in two weeks <br />as indicated in his report. <br /> <br />SOLICITATION It was moved by Councilman <br />~/ McMichael, seconded by <br /> Councilman Herrin and <br /> carried, that Council approve <br />application filed by American Cancer Society to conduct neighbor-to-neighbor <br />crusade starting April ll, 1966. <br /> <br />STREET NAME CHANGE It was moved by CounciLman <br />~' Burk, seconded by Councilman <br /> GiLmore and carried, that <br /> the City Attorney be directed <br />to prepare a resolution approving the change of name to Sunflower Avenue of <br />Wakeham Avenue - Bear Street to Fairview Avenue, and Huntzinger Avenue - <br />Fairview Avenue to the Santa Ana River as recommended by the Planning <br />Ccm~nission. Councilman Herrin asked that all owners be notified. <br /> <br />BID CAT,S On motion of Councilman <br /> ~ Burk, seconded by CounciLman <br /> McMichael and carried, <br /> Council approved plans and <br />specifications and authority to advertise for bids for: <br /> <br />Cathodic protection for Bristol Reservoir Columns, opening date 3-29-66. <br />Pumping facilities, Wells 23 and 24, opening date 3-29-66. <br /> <br />Project 202 - reconstruction of Grand, 1st to hth, opening date 3-29-66. <br />Fisher Park - furnish material and construct building, opening date 3-21-66. <br /> <br />Water meters ~ annual requirements for 5/8" x 3/4" d~mestic type water <br />meters, Spec. 665-20, opening date 3-21-66. <br /> <br />Project 236 - construction of median island in Talbert, Ramona Drive to <br />Main Street, opening date 3-29-66. <br />CITY COUNCIL - 480 - March 7, 1966 <br /> <br /> <br />
