VINE Program Proposal <br /> <br />Project Engineer: Works with the Appriss Project Manager and with the customer's <br />Information Technology specialists, network engineers and Project Managers to fulfill the <br />technical implementation of the project and acts as the customer's point of contact for all <br />technical issues. <br /> <br />PACE Specialist: Assists with the development of promotional materials such as the VINE <br />brochure, posters, television and radio Public Service Announcements (PSA's) and works <br />with the customer to coordinate training programs, media coverage, and press announcements <br /> <br />5.2 <br /> <br />Customer's Implementation Team <br /> <br />When the contract is executed, a customer representative must be named in the contract as the <br />point of contact or customers Project Manager. The Appriss team will work with the <br />customer's Project Manager to introduce the services described in this proposal. It is <br />recommended that the customer's Project Manager assemble a team that includes an <br />individual familiar with that agency's automated system, an individual ftom the agency's <br />technical division, and a victim advocate. <br /> <br />The responsibilities of the customer's Project Manager and their team will be the following: <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Accepting or rejecting deliverables <br />Reviewing status reports <br />Approving changes to this agreement <br />Assuming responsibility for approving the Design, Prototype, Testing, and <br />Implementation Plans <br />Sourcing and managing/coordinating all customer personnel or other resources required to <br />support the program <br />Providing pertinent information and documentation as requested to support the system <br />design and delivery <br />Providing access to and/or facilitate communication with any other customer vendors <br />during all phases of the project and assuring that they support any required migration of <br />their services to the Appriss-managed environment <br />Assuring reasonable cooperation ftom vendors during Discovery, Design, Prototype, <br />Testing, and Implementation Phases to support any required interface or data transfer <br />activity <br />Providing access to, and cooperation ftom, the customer's Operations Units when <br />interaction is required with them to complete the Discovery Phase process <br />Reviewing and approving requested schedule changes or modifications <br />Reviewing and escalating requested schedule changes <br />Representing the customer during meetings, reviews, issue resolution, escalation, scope <br />change approvals, and acceptance testing <br />Providing technical requirements and operational procedures, where available <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />All information contained In this proposal (Ver. 6.3) Is the <br />confidential and proprietary property of Apprlss, Inc. <br /> <br />Page 28 <br /> <br />01/01/2001 <br />Proposal # 100901228-01 <br />
