VINE Program Proposal <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Providing information about the agency's automated system and how it functions on a <br />daily basis <br />Providing information required to build system tables <br />Review and verify the correctness of data elements that are transmitted to VINE <br />Coordinate and assist with the installation of the VINE Gateway machine at the customer <br />site, including its connection to the customer's network for correct implementation of the <br />VINE service <br />Arrange for the operational support of the VINE Gateway machine during the Steady State <br />Operational Phase <br />Provide information about services available to the victims in the customer's jurisdiction <br />Provide assistance with the development of all promotional materials <br />Review, approve, and distribute promotional materials to interested parties <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />5.3 <br /> <br />Communication, Status Review, and Reporting <br /> <br />Joint communication and Status Review conference calls will be held on a regular basis to <br />address project issues. If issues arise, and the Customer and Appriss Project Managers agree, <br />these meetings should be held as needed. The Customer and Appriss' Project Manager, and <br />additional parties as required will attend these conference calls. The meeting agenda includes, <br />but is not limited to: <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Review of project status, <br />Review customer satisfaction, <br />Review of outstanding Change Management Process <br />Creation of action item list, assignments, and status, and <br />Discussion of upcoming Project events and schedules. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />The Appriss Project Manager shall provide the customer's Project Manager with written <br />status reports. Specific status reports will be provided to the customer monthly until the <br />environment has reached production. Where feasible, the reports will be provided <br />electronically. The report at a minimwn, will include: <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Performance status since the previous report, <br />Milestone and schedule status updates including any proposed revisions, <br />Identification of issues and concerns, <br />Action item list, assignments, status, and <br />Plans during the next reporting period. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />5.4 <br /> <br />Communication and Inter-company(s) Coordination <br /> <br />This section describes how the project team and those with a need to know will be kept <br />informed of project activities.
