VINE Program Proposal <br /> <br />5.5.8 Project Flow Phase Conditions <br /> <br />To ensure that the project flow moves in a timely manner to maintain the implementation <br />schedule agreed upon, the following conditions for the customer are crucial to the success of <br />the project: <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Customer reviews all documentation and responds with any comments within the <br />designated timeftame (typically 5 days with the exception of Design Document review <br />which is 10 days) <br />Technical staff at sites participating in project provide assistance in creating and testing <br />interfaces and allow equipment installation on-site within requested timeftames <br />Any 3rd party system vendors involved with interface development provide assistance in <br />creating and testing interfaces within requested timeftames <br />After a system goes on-line, any cost associated with changes that are the direct result of a <br />customer modification to the system will be billable based on time and materials <br />Any change of scope after acceptance of the system design will be considered a change <br />order <br />All open items will be given to the customer's Project Manager for follow-up. If the <br />status does not change after the customer's Project Manager has been notified 3 times by <br />Appriss, any resulting schedule delay will be considered customer caused and not <br />impacted the agreed upon billing schedule <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Failure to comply with the above stated conditions will result in a project timeline extension. <br />Delays that are the result of the customer and/or any 3rd party system vendors are not the fault <br />of Appriss, Inc. and will not delay the agreed upon billing schedule. <br /> <br />As a part of VINE implementation, Appriss may install a PC at the site, referred to as VINE <br />Gateway. The purpose of the VINE Gateway is to obtain offender information ftom the <br />customer site and transmit it to the Appriss Communication Center for the purpose of Victim <br />Notification. The VINE Gateway should not be used for any other purposes by the customer's <br />staff. Other usage of the PC by the customer beyond the indicated purpose may cause loss of <br />data or interfere with data collection.
