SERVICE #2: LEADERSHIP ACADEMY One of the most unique and popular offerings from Jacob Green and Associates (JGA) is our municipal Leadership Academy, which is custom-built to suit the needs and culture of each City or organization. We work collaboratively with municipalities to design and implement a premier Leadership Development Academy, reflecting a commitment to employee growth, development, and long-term retention.
