SERVICE #2: LEADERSHIP ACADEMY <br />One of the most unique and popular offerings from Jacob Green and Associates (JGA) is our municipal <br />Leadership Academy, which is custom-built to suit the needs and culture of each City or organization. We <br />work collaboratively with municipalities to design and implement a premier Leadership Development <br />Academy, reflecting a commitment to employee growth, development, and long-term retention. By <br />investing in leadership development, cities can attract top talent, reduce turnover, and cultivate a <br />connected and motivated workplace culture. <br />Our facilitators employ best -practice adult learning techniques to ensure each participant engages <br />deeply with the material and applies the lessons to their roles.
