02025 School Catalog Page I25 <br /> CONDITION FOR RE-ENROLLMENT POLICY <br /> Re-Enrollment or Re-Start to the training program will be determined under the <br /> following regulations and policies. <br /> 1. Student successfully completes the re-entrance exam.This exam allows the <br /> school to see that the student can re-enter his/her training course at the <br /> correct training level. <br /> 2. Evidence is shown to the School Director's satisfaction that the cause of the <br /> interruption has been rectified. <br /> For students who utilize VA educational benefits, the school may again certify you for VA <br /> educational benefits, giving you credit for all hours completed prior to the leave. <br /> MAKE-UP WORK POLICY <br /> If student(s)were absent from class (excused or unexcused), make-up work will be <br /> determined necessary after the school has conducted an evaluation on the subject <br /> matter. Evaluations are administered in the form of written exams. Make-Up classes are <br /> scheduled at the discretion of the school Director. <br /> LEAVE OF ABSENCE <br /> In cases of extenuating circumstances, and upon written request to the school Director, a <br /> leave of absence (LOA) may be granted. Leave of absence indicates that the student <br /> intends to resume training. If a student on a leave of absence does not re-enter school <br /> within thirty(30) school days, he/she will be dismissed/dropped. One LOA is granted per <br /> student in a six(6) month period.Students receiving VA educational benefits may take a <br /> school approved LOA, but this will interrupt VA educational benefits during the leave. <br /> This will be reported as a termination to the VA.
