() 2025 School Catalog Page 126 <br /> WITHDRAW PROCESS <br /> For determining the amount you owe, you shall be deemed to have withdrawn from the <br /> course when any of the following occurs. (a)You notify the school of the withdrawal or <br /> the actual date of withdrawals; (b) School terminates your enrollment: (c) you fail to <br /> attend classes for a two-week period: (d)you fail to return from a leave of absence. In <br /> this case the date of withdrawal shall be deemed to be the last recorded attendance. <br /> If any portion of your tuition was paid from loan proceeds, the refund will be sent to the <br /> lender or agency that guaranteed the loan.Any remaining refund amount will first be <br /> used to repay any student financial aid (e.g. EDD or VA) program from which you <br /> received benefits.Any remaining amount will be returned to the student. In accordance <br /> with California State Law, all refunds will be made within forty-five (45) days from the <br /> date of cancellation or withdrawal (as described in Paragraphs 1 and 3 above). If a <br /> student does not return from an approved Leave of Absence period as stated in School <br /> Catalog, (however, such Leave of Absence may never exceed thirty (30) calendar days) <br /> refunds will be made within forty-five (45) days from the end of the Leave of Absence <br /> period. Within ten (10) days of any refund, the student will receive a Notice of Refund <br /> stating the amount of the refund and to whom the refund was made. For those utilizing <br /> military benefits, the Department of Veteran Affairs will be notified accordingly. <br /> Students who obtain a student loan are responsible for full payment of the loan amount <br /> plus any interest, less the amount of any refund, and that, if the student receives federal <br /> student financial aid funds, the student is entitled to a refund of the money not paid <br /> from federal financial aid funds (CEC 94909(a)(11)). <br /> • <br /> www.truckdriversed.com <br />
