<br />ATTACHMENT B <br /> <br />DOWNTOWN AMBASSADORS <br />FOR <br />THE DOWNTOWN AREA OF SANTA ANA <br /> <br />Santa Ana's Downtown Ambassadors, clad in brightly colored aprons, shall work on Downtown <br />customer service and cleanliness issues. They patrol the streets, carrying the Downtown maps <br />and related information to hand to visitors and offer a friendly face, customer information, and <br />assistance where needed. They will be given eight (8) hours of training to familiarize them with <br />the Area. Ambassadors will maintain a helpful, polite, professional demeanor at all times. They <br />will be expected to develop a professional working relationship with Area merchants and other <br />inhabitants. <br /> <br />8 <br />
