<br />17. City shall issue keys and/or cards to the Contractor as necessary for the Contractor to <br />perform the services. The Contractor shall adequately secure the keys, provided by City <br />The Contractor shall not duplicate and shall not allow such items to be duplicated. The <br />Contractor shall immediately report any such items that become lost, missing or stolen to <br />City. The Contractor shall reimburse City for all direct and indirect costs associated with <br />re-keying any gates, fences or portions thereof when City determines that security of <br />property is in jeopardy as a result oflost, misplaced, stolen or unauthorized duplication of <br />keys or cards issued the Contractor. <br /> <br />The Contractor shall: <br /> <br />a. Insure that no gates normally locked are left unattended or not locked. <br /> <br />b. During non-business hours any gates/fences unlocked for cleaning, shall be left in <br />a locked condition when cleaning is completed. <br /> <br />c. In no instance will employees of the Contractor admit any person or persons into <br />locked spaces. <br /> <br />d. Physically present all keys and access cards for verification upon request by City. <br /> <br />18. When an employee leaves the service of the Contractor, the Contractor shall notify City <br />within twenty-four (24) hours. <br /> <br />19. The Contractor's lead person shall be required to inspect the areas described herein once <br />a week or more often if requested by City. <br /> <br />7 <br />
