<br />8 <br /> <br />8 <br /> <br />8 <br /> <br />Less Than Significant Impact <br /> <br />The proposed project involves revisions to the City's Traffic <br />Plan procedures and an amendment to the Circulation Element. <br />Approval of the proposed project would not be in conflicts with <br />any applicable planning programs or policies in the City. <br /> <br />C. <br /> <br />Conflict with any applicable habitat conservation plan or <br />natural community plan? <br /> <br />No Impact <br /> <br />According to the City's General Plan Land Use Element EIR, there <br />are no habitat conservation plans or natural community plans in <br />Santa Ana. Therefore, approval of the proposed project would not <br />impact any conservation plans or natural community plans. <br /> <br />X. MINERAL RESOURCES <br /> <br />A. <br /> <br />Result in the 1088 of availability of a locally important <br />mineral resource recovery site delineated on a local <br />general plan, specific pIan or other land use pIan? <br /> <br />No Impact <br /> <br />According to the City's General plan Land Use Element EIR, there <br />are no locally important mineral resource sites in Santa Ana. <br />Therefore, approval of the proposed project would not impact any <br />locally important mineral resources. <br /> <br />XI. NOISE <br /> <br />A. <br /> <br />Exposure of persons <br />excess of standards <br /> <br />noise ordinance, or <br /> <br />to or generation of noise levels in <br />established in local general plan or <br />applicable standards of other agencies. <br /> <br />C. <br /> <br />A substantial pe~anent increase in ambient noise levels in <br />the project vicinity above levels existing without the <br />project. <br /> <br />No Impact <br /> <br />Approval of the proposed project would not increase existing <br />noise levels in the City, in that the proposed project would not <br />involve any activities that would emit additional sources of <br />noise impacts.
