Less Than Significant Impact The City of Santa Ana is located approximately one mile northwest of John Wayne Airport and is included in the Planning Area of the Orange County Airport Land Use commission Airport Environs Land Use Plan for John Wayne Airport. In accordance with the Environs Land Use Plan, portions of Santa Ana are impacted by aircraft noise. Approval of the proposed project would not result in the creations of land uses or activities that would be in conflict with land use, noise compatibility standards established in the Environs Land Use Plan for John Wayne Airport.
