READING WAIVED On motion of Councilman Evans, seconded <br /> by Councilman Patterson and unanimously <br /> carried, the fall reading of ordinances and <br />resolutions~ the titles of which appeared on the public Agenda, was waived. <br /> <br />ORD. NS-,1020 Council considered ORDINANCE NS-1020 <br />ANIMAL CONTROL AMENDING THE SANTA ANA MUNICIPAL <br /> CODE BY REPEALING AND RE-ENACTING <br />CHAPTER 5 THEREOF RELATING TO ANIMAL CONTROL, passed to second reading <br />on June 1 with deletion of all reference to hobby ,kennels. After discussion, on <br />motion of Councilman Evans, seconded by Councilman Yamamoto and unanimously <br />carried, consideration of adoption of Ordinance NS-10g0 was continued to July 6 <br />and the City Attorney was instructed to check out the problem of distances from <br />pre-existing kennels (Section 5-13 (c)). <br /> <br />ORD.
