HOW TO APPLY <br />All applications must be submitted via Submittable.com. The deadline to <br />apply is Tuesday, January 7, 2025 at 11:59 PM (PST). <br />A complete submission must include all the information and materials <br />described below. The online application will prompt you to submit the <br />information directly into the fields and to upload the submission materials <br />described in the application guidelines. Please prepare all required materials <br />before logging onto Submittable.com. Incomplete and late applications will <br />be deemed ineligible and not be considered. <br />1. Application Cover Sheet: <br />Complete and submit the Application Cover Sheet online. Worksheet <br />provided at the end of this RFQ. <br />2. Letter/Statement of Interest: <br />[Limit I page. Current Resume(s): <br />[Limit 2 - pages. PDF or DOC format only] <br />Resume(s) should reflect artist experience designing, fabricating, and <br />installing artwork in outdoor public settings. Resume(s) should include <br />information regarding past public art commissions, design experience, <br />exhibitions, awards, grants, and education. <br />5. Additional material included that is not requested by the Arts & Culture <br />Office will not be reviewed." <br />I have several concerns. On the city website, there was no scoring rubric and <br />point distribution scale at the time of the application period for this specific <br />project. The city should have published the point distribution criteria that the <br />committee would use when judging the entries beforehand, as shown in the <br />5 <br />
