I I I lump sum agreement This Lump Sum Agreement (the -Agreement") is made and entered into on [Date] by and between Pacific Coast Cabling, Inc., a California corporation, and [Custo r N~el (the "Customer"), who agree as follows: 1. Pa 'fic C st Cabling will provide the labor and materials to perform and complete the work detailed on Pacific Coast bling Q otatio #[Quotation #] attached to and incorporated in this Agreement by reference, and described as follows: [Description 0 Wor (the 'Work"). The Work will be performed at Customers facility located at [Job Site Address] (the "Property"). Customer ill ovide Pacific Coast Cabling and any Pacific Coast Cabling subcontractor with complete and uninterrupted access t he Pro rty so that Pacific Coast Cabling can perform and until Pacific Coast Cabling completes the Work. I I I I 2. Contract Price and Pavment. Customer agrees and is required to pay to Pacific Coast Cabling a lump sum of [Written Dollar Amount] Dollars [$$] for the Work (the "Contract Price"). If performance of the Work is delayed, despite the above-stated payment terms Pacific Coast C ling may invoice Customer for the Work completed, and such invoice is due and payable within terms of 2% 10, NET 30. Service Chanze. Accounts will be assessed a monthly service charge equ to one and one-half percent (1~ %) of any amounts not timely paid.
