Deseri tion of W rk. Pa 'fic C st Cabling will provide the labor and materials to perform and complete the work <br />detailed on Pacific Coast bling Q otatio #[Quotation #] attached to and incorporated in this Agreement by reference, and <br />described as follows: [Description 0 Wor (the 'Work"). The Work will be performed at Customers facility located at [Job Site <br />Address] (the "Property"). Customer ill ovide Pacific Coast Cabling and any Pacific Coast Cabling subcontractor with complete <br />and uninterrupted access t he Pro rty so that Pacific Coast Cabling can perform and until Pacific Coast Cabling completes the <br />Work. <br /> <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />2. Contract Price and Pavment. Customer agrees and is required to pay to Pacific Coast Cabling a lump sum of [Written <br />Dollar Amount] Dollars [$$] for the Work (the "Contract Price"). A 25% deposit of [Written Dollar Amount] Dollars [$$] is due <br />and payable by Customer to Pacific Coast Calill!.ng' nd will be credited to the Contract Price. An i voice is deemed delivered to <br />Customer upon the date of personal service or transmittal by facsimile to [Contact Name]f Ie number [Fax I], or two (2) <br />days after the date of mailing to Customer at [Billing Address]. <br /> <br /> <br />3. Service Chanze. Accounts will be assessed a monthly service charge equ to one and one-half percent (1~ %) of any <br />amounts not timely paid.
