The Lessor hereby leases to Lessee and Lessee hearby leases from Lessor a portion ofthat certain real property (the "Property") in the State of California, County of Orange, City of Santa Ana commonly known as 706 Newhope, a legal description of which is shown in Exhibit A attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, under the terms and conditions of the unrecorded Land Lease Agreement by and between Lessor and Lessee dated by Lessor, ]:.(hf h , 2004 and incorporated herein by reference (the "Agreement") for an initial term 0 ten (10) years, and three (3) subsequent optional extension terms of five (5) years each, pursuant to the terms ofthe Agreement. The Agreement provides for grant of non-exclusive right or way for rights of access to the Property and to electrical and telephone facilities serving the Property.
