Newhope, City of Santa Ana, situated in the County of Orange, State of California, commonly described as follows: APN: 100'252-01 & 02 Legal Description The north half of the northeast quarter of the southwest quarter of section 9, Township 5 South. Range 10 West, in the Rancho Las Bolsas, county of Orange, state of California, as per map recorded in book 51 page 12 of Miscellaneous Maps in the office of the county recorder of said county EXCEPT the westerly 659.73 feet measured along the northerly line thereof. ALSO EXCEPT that portion thereof included within a strip of land 70.00 feet wide the center line of which is described as follows, Beginning at the center line intersection of Bolsa Avenue and Newhope Street as shown on a map filed in book 12 page 39 of Record of Surveys in the office of the county recorder of said county, thence North 890 34' 42" West 1286.28 feet to the true point of beginning; thence North 00 23' 50" East 815.78 feet to the beginning of a tangent curve concave southeasterly and having a radius of 1500.00 feet thence northeasterly along said curve 1225.21 feet through a central angle of 46047' 58"; thence North 47011" 48" East 1114.51 feet to the center line intersection of Hazard Street and Newhope Street as shown on said Record of Survey Map. EXCEPT therefrom an undivided one-third mterest in the well and pumping plant located on said land, described in the Agreement between W.o. Sloan and E.H. Jackson, recorded March 25, 1921 in book 385 page 276 of Deeds, and in the Quitclaim Deed recorded March 31, 1926 in book 638 page 363 of Deeds, recorded orOrange County, California.
