He stated his contention is that all racks <br />should be eliminated from all public property within the City. <br /> <br />It was the consensus of the Council that the City Attorney act <br />expeditiously on pornographic problems in the City. Vice Mayor Evans instructed <br />him to watch the bulletin boards in City Hall for notices of <br />meetings. <br /> <br />He also stated that he thought City parking was for people who <br />had business at City Hall; and that it should he free for that <br />purpose. <br /> <br />He also stated that Ordinance NS-1223 is a way to keep people <br />from making any accusations whatsoever about City employee~. <br />Vice Mayor Evans invited him to attend the evening session <br />when the ordinance would be considered for adoption. <br /> <br />He also stated that Councilman Griset's address is 1435 Center <br />Street, and that Councilman Griset supposedly lives there, but <br />apparently does not, because he has watched the place at all <br />hours and there is no indication from the meter~ and lights <br />that anyone lives there. Councilman Griset assured him that <br />he lives at 1435 Center Street. (F 151.13) <br /> <br />ORAL COMMUNICATION Mr. Irving Larcome, 4605 <br />TRAFFIC CONTROL West Maurie, stated that <br />5TH & EUCLID a petition containing <br /> 513 signatures was pre- <br />sented to Councilman Yamamoto for traffic control on West 5th <br />and Euclid in Santa Aha. He stated there have been many <br />accidents and some traffic control is needed at that location. <br /> <br />Councilman Yamamoto presented the petition to the Clerk. <br /> <br />Councilman Garthe's motion, seconded by Councilman Yamamoto, <br />to receive and file the petition and to instruct the Staff to <br />investigate and submit a report and recommendation to Council, <br />was unanimously carried.
