<br />. . <br /> <br />PART 1 - QUALIFICATIONS <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />Company <br /> <br />1.1 <br /> <br />1.2 <br /> <br />The Company shall have an office located within twenty (20) miles of the <br />facility. <br /> <br />The Company shall have ten (10) or more year's experience in <br />maintaining fire alarm systems. <br /> <br />1.3 . The Company shall have (at the time of bid submittal and during the <br />previous six (6) months) two (2) or more full-time, factory authorized <br />certified to the specific fire alarm systems being serviced qualified service <br />personnel in their employment. The Company shall submit the names and <br />qualifications of the service personnel with the bid. <br /> <br />" <br /> <br />" <br /> <br />1.4 <br /> <br />II <br /> <br />1.5 <br /> <br />1.6 <br /> <br />1.7 <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />The Company shall have (at the time of bid submittal and during the <br />previous six (6) months) one (1) or more full-time, qualified design <br />engineering personnel in their employment. The Company shall submit <br />the names and qualifications of the engineering personnel with the bid. <br /> <br />The Company shall be set up to receive and dispatch qualified service <br />personnel to emergency calls, twenty-four (24) hours per day, 365 days <br />per year including a redundancy outstate system. This procedure must <br />not involve answering machines. <br /> <br />The Company shall be capable of providing twenty-four (24) hour service, <br />365 days a year including weekends and holidays, using qualified service <br />personnel. <br /> <br />The Company shall be approved by Underwriters Laboratories as an <br />authorized UL certification organization for Proprietary Fire Alarm <br />Systems. <br /> <br />1.8 <br /> <br />The Company shall meet all requirements contained in this specification <br />and will be held responsible for the quality completeness of all work <br />performed as part of this specification. <br /> <br />1.9 <br /> <br />The Company shall have a valid California C10 (Electrical) and C16 Fire <br />Sprinkler Contractor License. <br /> <br />Service Personnel <br /> <br />2.1 <br /> <br />All service personnel must meet the qualifications listed below: <br /> <br />2.1.1 Service personnel shall be factory trained and certified to test and <br />maintain fire alarm systems in the state of California. <br /> <br />1 <br /> <br />9/14/04 <br /> <br />Word\5pec - Fire Alarm System <br /> <br />j¡ <br />V <br />
